Board decision-making facilitation
Richard worked with Linden originally in 2010 and 2011. Linden's mission is "to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities while exceeding the expectations of our customers." Richard facilitated a critical board decision-making process about the future policy for Linden's reserves and worked with senior managers, engaging them in discussions and brainstorming on future of Linden and on how to work in teams. The board agreed on Linden's main priorities, on how it will oversee progress towards achieving major change to focus on transitional employment, and on new policies on reserves and investing in Linden's growth. The board also approved a strategic plan and a new reserves policy that reflected these priorities.
In April 2016, Richard will be facilitating the annual board retreat.
