The mission of Nonprofit Leadership is to help people in nonprofits and associations, whatever their role, to make good strategic decisions and plan their implementation, find ways of raising more money, and govern and lead well.

We achieve this by working with the people in nonprofits who are in a position to lead - CEOs and Executive Directors, members of their teams, and Boards and their officers and individual members. We help them develop strategies, identify their most likely sources of revenue and how best to tap these, plan their nonprofit’s work and mobilize and lead board members, other volunteers and staff members to deliver.
